4- الاستخدام المقبول

6- سياسة المشتريات والاسترداد
نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية، فإنه بمجرد الوصول إلى محتوى الكورس أو تحميل الكتاب، لا يمكن استرداد المبلغ المدفوع بشكل تلقائي. إلا إذا كان مذكور صراحة في صفحة البيع ضمان استراد أموالك خلال فترة معينة. وفي الغالب كل منتجاتنا تنص على فترة معينة للاسترداد بدون اي شروط أو مبررات.
بشكل عام إن لم يتم ذكرها في صفحة البيع، يمكن النظر في طلبات الاسترداد في الحالات التالية:
وجود خلل تقني يحول دون الوصول إلى المحتوى المشترى
تقديم الطلب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء مع توضيح السبب
لتقديم طلب استرداد، تواصل معنا عبر صفحة التواصل على الموقع أو على الواتساب
7- إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم المحتوى على هذا الموقع لأغراض تعليمية وتوعوية فحسب. لا يضمن الموقع تحقيق نتائج تجارية بعينها، إذ تتوقف النتائج على ظروف كل مستخدم وجهده الشخصي.
